Abstract:
Disclosed is a capacitor which comprises: a base that is composed of an organic film; a first conductive layer that is provided on the upper surface of the base; a first dielectric layer that is provided on the upper surface of the first conductive layer; a second dielectric layer that is provided on the upper surface of the first dielectric layer; and a second conductive layer that is provided on the upper surface of the second dielectric layer. The first dielectric layer is composed of a bed of a plurality of metal oxide pieces arranged on the upper surface of the first conductive layer. The second dielectric layer is composed of a bed of a plurality of metal oxide pieces arranged on the lower surface of the second conductive layer.
