Title:
CAPACITOR MICROPHONE AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2011/102104
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed is a capacitor microphone comprising a vibrating membrane sub assembly, a spacer, and a ringed member that have been cut out from a layered assembly sheet as a layered unit, wherein the capacitor microphone prevents the sensitivity thereof from becoming unstable. A top layer unit (14) is formed in a manner such that protrusions (30b, 24b) are formed in eight respective places on the outer surface (30a) of a support ring (30) and on the outer surface (24a) of the spacer (24), and is also formed in a manner such that the protrusions (30b) and the protrusions (24b) are formed in positions that are out of alignment with one another in the circumferential direction. When the top layer unit (14) is cut out, burrs form on the ends of the protrusion (30b, 24b); however, both sets of protrusions (30b, 24b) are formed in positions that are out of alignment with one another in the circumferential direction, thereby preventing the occurrence of variations in the tension of the vibrating member (28), which results from the formation of spaces between both sets of protrusions and the occurrence of peeling in the vibrating membrane (28), as in cases in which both sets of protrusions are stacked in the layering direction.
