Provided is a laminated ceramic capacitor that has a high dielectric constant, has a low AC bias property for the relative dielectric constant thereof, and has a small dielectric loss, while satisfying the X5R feature of the EIA standard. A dielectric layer (5) is composed of crystal particles (9), the main ingredient of which is barium titanate, and each of which comprises a core section (9a) the crystal structure of which is a tetragonal system and a shell section (9b) the crystal structure of which is a cubic system. The dielectric layer (5) is comprised of a dielectric ceramic wherein the thickness of the shell section (9b) is 11.8-26.5 nm, and the average particle diameter of the crystal particles (9) is 0.15-0.35 μm.
