Provided is a capacitor, wherein an auxiliary member that is provided with an auxiliary terminal is firmly assembled, thereby improving vibration resistance using the integrated auxiliary terminal for the purpose of fixing a capacitor, and furthermore, a high yield can be maintained without dropping the auxiliary member during capacitor manufacturing steps. In a capacitor (5) having a lead line that is led out by penetrating a sealing body (4), an auxiliary member (10) that is provided with an auxiliary terminal (10b) is provided on an outer surface (4f) of the sealing body (4), and the sealing body (4) and the auxiliary member (10) are provided such that a protruding section (10a), which is formed on one of the sealing body (4) and the auxiliary member (10), and which protrudes in the predetermined direction, and a recessed section (4a), which is formed on the other one of the sealing body (4) and the auxiliary member (10), and which is recessed conforming to the shape of the protruding section (10a), are fitted in each other.
