Abstract:
The present invention provides a capacitor in which an electroconductive porous substrate having a porous part, and at least two capacitance-forming parts comprising a dielectric layer formed on the porous part and an upper electrode formed on the dielectric layer, are electrically connected in series, all of the at least two capacitance-forming parts being formed on a single electroconductive porous substrate.
