Abstract:
The present invention is a capacitor characterized by being formed by having a conductive porous substrate comprising a porous portion, a dielectric layer comprising oxygen element and at least one metal element positioned on said porous portion and an upper electrode positioned on said dielectric layer, wherein said porous portion has a path integration value of at least 1 μm/μm2 and at most 16 μm/μm2 and porosity of at least 20% and at most 90% and a ratio Z represented by formula (1) is at least 0.79 (in the formula, Od and Md respectively represent the signal strength of said oxygen element and said metal element when said dielectric layer is EDS (energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy) analyzed and Or and Mr respectively represent the signal strength of said oxygen element and said metal element when a reference substance having the stoichiometric composition of said oxygen element and said at least one metal element forming said dielectric layer is EDS analyzed).
