Abstract:
A film capacitor (1) is provided with: a capacitor element group (100) comprising ten capacitor elements (110) arrayed in a prescribed direction; an upper bus bar (200) and a lower bus bar (300) respectively connected to an upper end surface electrode (111) and a lower end surface electrode (112) of each capacitor element (110); a case (20) that houses a capacitor unit (10) made by connecting the upper bus bar (200) and the lower bus bar (300) to the capacitor element group (100); a filling resin (40) that is filled inside the case (20), and hardens inside the case (20); and a temperature detection element (510). The upper bus bar (200) includes a central electrode terminal (211a) that contacts two capacitor elements (110a) in the center of the capacitor element group (100) at the opening side of the case (20), and the temperature detection element (510) is placed on the central electrode terminal (211a).
