Abstract:

The present invention provides a capacitor having: a capacitance forming section with a first electrode - dielectric layer - second electrode structure; and a silicon section, wherein the silicon section is disposed at at least a portion in a lateral direction of the capacitance forming section, and, when the capacitor is projected in a thickness direction, the area occupied by the silicon section below the capacitance forming section is 50% or less.
