Abstract:
Disclosed is a capacitor, comprising a first end, a second end, a first capacitor and a second capacitor. The first capacitor comprises at least two first electric conductors arranged in a first direction, every two adjacent first electric conductors in the at least two first electric conductors are separated by a first medium, a part of the at least two first electric conductors is electrically coupled to the first end, and the other part of the at least two first electric conductors is electrically coupled to the second end. The second capacitor comprises at least two second electric conductors arranged in a second direction, every two adjacent second electric conductors in the at least two second electric conductors are separated by a second medium, a part of the at least two second electric conductors is electrically coupled to the first end, and the other part of the at least two second electric conductors is electrically coupled to the second end. The first capacitor and the second capacitor both have an interdigital structure.
