Abstract:
The present invention provides a capacitor characterized by comprising: a substrate; a lower electrode formed on the substrate; a dielectric film formed on the lower electrode; an upper electrode formed on the dielectric film; a protection layer that is formed on the lower electrode, the dielectric film, and the upper electrode, and that has a through-opening part; a protrusion section formed in the through-opening part; and an external electrode formed so as to cover the through-opening part and the protrusion section.
