Abstract:
This capacitor (1) connects to external electrical-wiring and consists of a pair of opposing layered electrodes (10_1, 10_2). The layered electrodes (10_1, 10_2) each comprise: a plurality of wiring layers （１１＿１、１１＿２、１２＿１、１２＿２、１３＿１、１３＿２）; and through-via layers （１４＿１、１４＿２、１５＿１、１５＿２）which are disposed between the wiring layers. The layered electrodes each (10_1, 10_2) comprise: a comb section (16_1, 16_2) ; and a comb-section connector (17_1, 17_2) that connects to the base end of the comb section. Dielectric bodies （１８＿１、１８＿２、１８＿３）are provided between the one layered electrode (10_1) and the other layered electrode (10_2). The comb section (16_2) of the other layered electrode is disposed in a space of the comb section (16_1) of the one layered electrode. Due to this configuration, this capacitor can expand the useable frequency range, and can be used in a high-frequency circuit in a higher frequency band.
