Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a capacity control valve capable of efficiently discharging a liquid-phase refrigerant irrespective of the pressure in a suction chamber, and reducing the driving force of a compressor during an operation for discharging the liquid phase refrigerant. [Solution] The present invention is provided with: a valve main body (10) having a first communication path (11), a second communication path (12), a third communication path (13), and a main valve seat (15a); a valve body (21) having an intermediate communication path (29), a main valve part (21b), and an auxiliary valve part (21c); a solenoid for driving a rod (36) having an auxiliary valve seat (23c), a first biasing member (43) for biasing in a valve closing direction of the main valve part (21b); and a second biasing member (44) for biasing in a valve closing direction of the auxiliary valve part (21c), wherein the rod (36) opens and closes the auxiliary valve part (21c) by moving relative to the valve body (21).
