Abstract:

[PROBLEMS] To provide the capacity control valve of a variable capacity compressor performing delivery capacity control by opening/closing the communicating passage between the delivery pressure region and the crank chamber of the variable capacity compressor in which the delivery chamber pressure does not act in the open/close direction of a valve element, the pressures acting to the opposite ends of the valve element can be sustained at the same level certainly, and the structure of the capacity control valve is simplified. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The capacity control valve of a variable capacity compressor (100) performing delivery capacity control by opening/closing the communicating passage (124) between the delivery pressure region (120) and the crank chamber (105) of the variable capacity compressor (100) comprises a valve hole (301c) having one end communicating with the crank chamber (105) and the other end opening to the valve chamber (306), a valve element (305b) having one end arranged in the valve chamber (306) communicating with the delivery pressure region (120) and opening/closing the valve hole (301c), a partition wall (301h) having a hole (301b) for supporting the valve element (305b) slidably and interrupting the other end of the valve element (305b) from the valve chamber (306), and a means for driving the valve element (305b) in the open/close direction of the valve hole, wherein the other end of the valve element (305b) is arranged at a part closer to the crank chamber (105) than the valve hole of the communicating passage (124).
