Provided is a capacity control valve having good responsiveness to differential pressure. The capacity control valve V is provided with a valve housing 10, a main valve 50 which is opened and closed by the drive force of a solenoid 80, a pressure sensitive valve 53 which is opened and closed by pressure in a pressure sensitive chamber 40, and a differential pressure valve 90 which is opened and closed by a differential pressure valve body 91 moved by pressure. In the capacity control valve V, a control port 14 and a suction port 13 can be connected through an intermediate communication passage 55 by opening and closing the pressure sensitive valve 53. An adaptor 70 has formed therein a containing section 70d in which the differential pressure valve 91 is contained, a pressure introduction path 70e which connects the control port 14 and the containing section 70d, and a differential pressure communication passage 70f which connects the control port 14 and the suction port 13 when the differential pressure valve 90 is opened. The containing section 70d has disposed therein a first biasing means 92 and a second biasing means 93 which are arranged on both sides of the differential pressure valve body 91 in the direction in which the differential pressure valve 90 is opened and closed.
