A capacity control valve is provided which has excellent operation efficiency while having fluid discharge function at start-up. This capacity control valve V is provided with: a valve housing 10 in which a discharge port 12, through which a discharge fluid at a discharge pressure Pd passes, suction ports 13, 15, through which a suction fluid at a suction pressure Ps passes, and a control port 14, through which a control fluid at a control pressure Pc passes, are formed; and a main valve 50 which is configured from a main valve seat 10a and a main valve body 51 driven by a solenoid 80 and which opens and closes communication between the discharge port 12 and the control port 14 by movement of the main valve body 51, wherein the capacity control valve has a CS valve 57 which comprises a CS valve body 56, a first spring 91 which biases the CS valve body 56 in the closing direction, and a second spring 92 which biases the CS valve body 56 in the opening direction, wherein the control port 14 and the suction port 15 are opened when the main valve body 51 is in the closed position, and the control port 14 and the suction port 15 are closed when the main valve body 51 is in the open position.
