Abstract:
Provided is a capacity control valve which is capable of operating efficiently while having a fluid discharge function at startup. A capacity control valve V comprises: a valve housing 10 having a discharge port 12, an intake port 14, and a control port 13; and a main valve 50 formed from a main valve body 51 driven by a solenoid 80 and a main valve seat 10a which is disposed between the discharge port 12 and the control port 13 and with which the main valve body 51 can make contact. The capacity control valve V is provided with: a communication path 15 via which the control port 13 and the intake port 14 are in communication with each other; a CS valve body 54 that opens/closes the communication path 15; and a pressure receiving body 61 that has a restoring force and receives intake pressure Ps of an intake fluid. The pressure receiving body 61 has a pressure receiving surface 70a that is present in a Ps chamber 40 to which the intake fluid Ps is introduced, and the pressure receiving surface 70a and the CS valve body 54 move in coordination with each other.
