Abstract:
Provided is a capless oil feeder, which comprises a configuration that eliminates the need for sealing by welding or a seal member. A capless oil feeder (3) is equipped with an oil filler port (11), which is equipped with: a resin cylindrical oil filler port body (20), one end of which is equipped with a nozzle insertion port (22a) allowing the insertion of an oil filler nozzle (4) and the other end of which is equipped with a fuel feed port (21a) for feeding fuel into a filler tube (12); a resin breather cylinder (30) which is integrally formed on the outside of the peripheral surface of the oil filler port body (20), and is connected to a breather tube (13c); and a flap valve (42) which is formed so as to be capable of being inserted through the fuel feed port (21a), and is disposed within the oil filler port body (20) so as to close the nozzle insertion port (22a). The flap valve (42) is opened by the insertion of the oil filler nozzle (4).
