Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a capsule filling device with an adjustable locking length and a control device. The capsule filling device comprises a power source; a cam-linkage mechanism; a power transmission mechanism configured to transmit power to the cam-linkage mechanism; a locking plate; a support rod connected to the locking plate; a locking support member with an automatically adjustable length; a locking jacking assembly penetrating the locking plate and connected to the locking support member, the locking jacking assembly being capable of jacking a capsule body to enter a capsule cap for locking; a driving member, one end of the driving member being rotatably connected to the support rod, and the other end of the driving member being fixedly connected to one end of the locking support member away from the locking jacking assembly; and an elastic guide member, one end of the elastic guide member being connected to the locking plate, and the other end of the elastic guide member being connected to the driving member, wherein a cam of the cam-linkage mechanism rotates to allow a connecting end of the driving member and the support member to rotate to drive the locking support member to reciprocate up and down, thereby adjusting the length of the locking support member in order to change the length of the capsule body entering the capsule cap. Automatic adjustment of the depth of the capsule body being jacked into the capsule cap is achieved, the structure is simple, and the adjustment process is accurate, stable and reliable.
