Abstract:
The present invention provides a capsule manufacturing apparatus comprising: a capsule raw material supply part; a nozzle for receiving a capsule raw material and discharging same as a drop type; a cooling tank in which capsule raw material drops, which have been dropped from the nozzle, come into contact with a fluid and are cooled so as to be formed into capsules; a capsule supply path by which the fluid and the capsules created in the cooling tank move; a collecting part comprising a fluid collecting tank for storing the fluid filtered through a mesh and a capsule collecting tank for collecting the capsules collected by means of the mesh; and a fluid tank for supplying the fluid, which has been supplied from the fluid collecting tank, back to the cooling tank. The present invention may produce diverse capsules and increase production efficiency, economic efficiency, and product quality through the reuse of a fluid and the efficient control of a nozzle.
