Abstract:
[Problem] The objective of the present invention is to provide a formulation technique with which hardening of a capsule coating over time can be suppressed in a capsule that is formed by filling contents, which include an anthocyanin, a proanthocyanidin, a procyanidin, and/or catechin, into a capsule comprising a capsule coating that includes gelatin. [Solution] Hardening of the capsule coating over time can be suppressed by including (A) an anthocyanin, a proanthocyanidin, a procyanidin, and/or catechin as well as (B) a soy isoflavone and/or a metabolite thereof.
