A car body structure and a vehicle, the car body structure comprising a front girder (100), a front cabin crossbeam (220), a dashboard (320), and a front crossbeam (210), the front girder (100) comprising a left front girder and a right front girder spaced apart along the left to right direction, the front cabin crossbeam (220) being mounted on the left front girder and the right front girder and being positioned in front of the dashboard (320), the X-direction projection of the front cabin crossbeam (220) on the front dashboard (320) at least partially covering the X-direction projection of a preset area surrounding a centre point of the foot pedals on the dashboard (320), and the front crossbeam (210) being connected to the corresponding front girder (100). The present invention prevents a power apparatus of the vehicle from moving backwards and injuring a passenger due to the impact of a collision.
