Abstract:
The present invention is applicable to the field of car washing, and provided thereby is a car-washing machine maintenance method, device and system, the method comprising: obtaining identification information of a vehicle by means of a camera device provided in a car washing site after the vehicle enters a predetermined car washing position; and when the authentication of a user account corresponding to the identification information is successful, starting a car washing machine of the car washing site to wash the vehicle. The described solution enables the car washing machine to improve the effect of identifying a vehicle at a predetermined car washing position.
