Abstract:
A carbon dioxide capture and purification method and system. The carbon dioxide capture and purification method comprises: performing a carbon dioxide capture process on a target component by using an alkaline solution to obtain a carbonate-containing aqueous solution; enabling at least part of the carbonate-containing aqueous solution to be mixed with carbon dioxide-containing crude oxygen generated in a carbon dioxide separation step, so as to obtain a bicarbonate-containing aqueous solution and oxygen, the volume content of carbon dioxide in the carbon dioxide-containing crude oxygen being 9.7-35.9 vol%; performing electrolysis on the bicarbonate-containing aqueous solution to obtain an anode gas, hydrogen, and a regenerated alkaline solution; and performing the carbon dioxide separation step on the anode gas to obtain liquid carbon dioxide and the carbon dioxide-containing crude oxygen, the purity of carbon dioxide in the liquid carbon dioxide being 98.5-99.9999 vol%, and the content of carbon dioxide in the crude oxygen accounting for 5-40% of the content of carbon dioxide in the anode gas. The method can effectively reduce the electrolysis energy consumption and improve the purity of liquid CO2.
