Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a carbon dioxide membrane separation system in a coal gasification process, which is capable of enriching, by performing carbon dioxide separation at the unchanged high temperature, fuel gas obtained by gasifying from coal, and supplying the resultant gas to a gas turbine, without regeneration step of absorbent required for a conventional carbon dioxide absorption method, and a coal gasification combined cycle power generation facility using the same. [Solution] A carbon dioxide membrane separation system in a coal gasification process introduces mixed gas of carbon dioxide (CO2) and hydrogen (H2) in a high temperature and pressure state, which generates by water gas shift reaction from a water gas shift reactor, into a zeolite membrane module provided with a zeolite membrane for carbon dioxide removal in the unchanged temperature and pressure state, removes carbon dioxide, and produces enriched hydrogen fuel gas. Then, the enriched hydrogen fuel gas in the high temperature and pressure state, which is discharged from the zeolite membrane module, is supplied to a gas turbine of a power generation facility in the unchanged temperature and pressure state.
