Abstract:
[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a carbon dioxide separation and recovery apparatus that obtains a carbon dioxide concentration gas by dehumidifying exhaust gas and is not easily affected by a water-soluble gas in the exhaust gas. [Solution] The carbon dioxide separation and recovery apparatus according to the present invention supplies an exhaust gas to be treated to an adsorption zone of a dehumidification rotor, sends a portion of the transferred gas to an adsorption zone of a carbon dioxide separation and recovery rotor, and returns the remaining portion to the adsorption zone of the dehumidification rotor. The gas that has passed through the carbon dioxide separation and recovery rotor is sent to a cooling zone, a portion of the gas that has passed through the cooling zone is mixed with the gas that has passed through the adsorption zone, and the remaining portion is sent to a regeneration zone of the dehumidification rotor, and is discharged to the outside of the apparatus. The gas that has passed through a regeneration zone of the carbon dioxide separation and recovery rotor is branched into two paths, a part thereof is returned to an inlet of the regeneration zone and is recirculated so that carbon dioxide is recovered by the volume of desorbed carbon dioxide, and the remaining part is sent to a purge zone and is discharged to the outside of the apparatus.
