Abstract:
A controller (41) of a carbon dioxide separation and recovery device (31) according to the present invention controls a separation part temperature regulator (6), a temperature and humidity regulator (10) and a recovery pump (15) so that the temperature and the humidity of a carbon dioxide-containing gas and the pressure of a permeated gas flow path (13) meet a first specific condition. In addition, the controller (41) estimates the degradation state of a separation membrane (2) by comparing the flow rate of the permeated gas under the first specific condition, the flow rate being detected by a flow rate detector (14), with the preliminarily measured flow rate of the permeated gas under the first specific condition.
