CLAIMS

A 360° light emitting carbon fiber cased LED tube light equipped with coolant and fan characterized in that it comprises a storage area cover (1), a ventilation supported electrical plug (2), a carbon fiber tube battery storage area (3), an apparatus inlet for a special light tent (4), a removable cover connection apparatus (5), a LED tube emitting 360° light (6), a special aluminum profile cooling channel (7), a 12 volt cooling fan (8) supporting the cooling system, a plexy plate (9), a light reflecting mirror (10), a tube holding clip (11), a coupler reinforced aluminum connection apparatus (12), a carbon plate back cover (13), a nano-technology Plexiglas tube (14), an aluminum cover (15), a yellow light control pin (16), a daylight control pin (17), an electrical pin (18), a carbon plate main cover (19), a sliding carbon cover (20) and a carbon fiber tube (21).

A 360° light emitting carbon fiber cased LED tube light equipped with coolant and fan according to Claim 1 characterized in that; the carbon fiber tube battery storage area (3) comprises a storage area cover (1) covering the storage area, perforated at its center and with holes at the upper side in which a yellow light control pin (16), a daylight control pin (17) and an electric pin (18) are inserted.

A 360° light emitting carbon fiber cased LED tube light equipped with coolant and fan according to Claim 1 characterized in that; it comprises a ventilation supported electric plug (2) open at its center in order not to cut off ventilation, which is located at the head sections of 360° light emitting LED tubes (6) and in charge of electric conduction.

A 360° light emitting carbon fiber cased LED tube light equipped with coolant and fan according to Claim 1 characterized in that; it comprises a carbon fiber tube battery storage area (3) forming the upper part of the carbon fiber tube (21), covering the storage area cover (1) and storing the battery of 360° light emitting LED tubes (6).

5. A 360° light emitting carbon fiber cased LED tube light equipped with coolant and fan according to Claim 1 characterized in that; it comprises an apparatus inlet (4) for the special light tent where the bars forming the framework of the tent are inserted.

6. A 360° light emitting carbon fiber cased LED tube light equipped with coolant and fan according to Claim 1 characterized in that; the connection part on the carbon fiber tube (21) in charge of inserting the carbon fiber plate main cover (19) comprises a removable cover connection apparatus(5).

7. A 360° light emitting carbon fiber cased LED tube light equipped with coolant and fan according to Claim 1 characterized in that; it comprises a special aluminum profile cooling channel (7) used in the 360° light emitting LED tube (6) and releasing the heat formed.

A 360° light emitting carbon fiber cased LED tube light equipped with coolant and fan according to Claim 1 characterized in that; it comprises a 12 volt cooling fan (8) mounted to the periphery of the special aluminum profile cooling channel (7) and supporting the cooling system which supports cooling.

A 360° light emitting carbon fiber cased LED tube light equipped with coolant and fan according to Claim 1 characterized in that; it comprises a plexy plate (9) with letters which reflects light in a semi-permeable manner at its center and which prevents the light from escaping between the carbon fiber tubes (21) and two profiles.

10. A 360° light emitting carbon fiber cased LED tube light equipped with coolant and fan according to Claim 1 characterized in that; it comprises a coupler reinforced aluminum connection apparatus (12) which is located between the carbon fiber tubes (21) to couple them in order to form a case.

A 360° light emitting carbon fiber cased LED tube light equipped with coolant and fan according to Claim 1 characterized in that; it comprises a carbon plate back cover (13) which forms the rear section of the case formed by the carbon fiber tubes (21) and which prevents the light being released to the rear part.

12. A 360° light emitting carbon fiber cased LED tube light equipped with coolant and fan according to Claim 1 characterized in that; it comprises a nano- technology Plexiglas tube (14) swiftly releasing the heat formed by the 360° light emitting LED tubes (6).

13. A 360° light emitting carbon fiber cased LED tube light equipped with coolant and fan according to Claim 1 characterized in that; it comprises an aluminum cover (15) perforated at its center and covering the lower and upper part of the nano-technology Plexiglas tube (14).

A 360° light emitting carbon fiber cased LED tube light equipped with coolant and fan according to Claim 1 characterized in that; it comprises a yellow light control pin (16) located at the upper part of the aluminum cover (15) and controlling the yellow LEDs of the 360° light emitting LED tubes (6).

A 360° light emitting carbon fiber cased LED tube light equipped with coolant and fan according to Claim 1 characterized in that; it comprises a daylight control pin (17) located at the upper part of the aluminum cover (15) and controlling the daylight LEDs of the 360° light emitting LED tubes (6).

16. A 360° light emitting carbon fiber cased LED tube light equipped with coolant and fan according to Claim 1 characterized in that; it comprises an electric pin (18) located at the upper part of the aluminum cover (15) and conducting electricity to 360° light emitting LED tubes (6).

17. A 360° light emitting carbon fiber cased LED tube light equipped with a cooler and fan according to Claim 1 characterized in that; a portable carbon plate main cover (19) mounted on the removable cover connection apparatus and connected to the sliding carbon cover (20).

18. A 360° light emitting carbon fiber cased LED tube light equipped with a cooler and fan according to Claim 1 characterized in that; it comprises a sliding carbon cover (20) connected to the carbon plate main cover (19), which moves in a sliding manner.

19. A 360° light emitting carbon fiber cased LED tube light equipped with a cooler and fan according to Claim 1 characterized in that; it comprises four hollow- type carbon fiber tubes (21) bearing the storage area cover (1) at their upper parts, which form a case through the coupling enforced aluminum connection apparatus (12).

DESCRIPTION

A CARBON FIBER CASED 360° LIGHT EMITTING LED TUBE LIGHT EQUIPPED WITH COOLANT AND FAN

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a 360° light emitting carbon fiber cased LED tube light equipped with a cooler and fan which is used in movie, television and photo shoots, and of which tubes are used for lighting purposes in environments such as offices, homes etc.

STATE OF THE ART The eyesight of man works based on the light reflected by the objects. In short, man needs light so as to be able to see. The need for light is satisfied from natural light sources such as the Sun, moon, stars and the light emitted from combustibles such as fire. Artificial light can be obtained from various energy sources due to the increasing needs of the development process of man and technological developments. Together with the invention of the light bulb, the method for obtaining light from electric energy has continued up until today and has been used with an ongoing development.

Artificial light sources, which are an integral part of our daily life, are separated into bulbs and fluorescents. Furthermore, more practical LED type light sources which emit light more efficiently are used currently. Due to the fact that these light sources create heat at the same time, high temperatures are formed at areas such as movie, TV and photograph shoots where particularly high intensity light is needed and no LED can be placed on the remaining parts of the light sources emitting 180° light as those parts are formed of aluminum coolants, therefore single sided light can be emitted. As a single sided light can be emitted the 360° emitting feature of light is utilized and full efficiency cannot be obtained from the light. Frequently various lighting apparatus are required for various directions for this reason.

DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION

The invention eliminates the disadvantages mentioned in the state of art section. The present invention relates to a 360° light emitting carbon fiber cased LED tube light equipped with coolant and fan which is used in movie, television and photo shoots and to the tubes used for lighting purposes in environments such as offices, homes etc. In the present invention, the case is formed by joining profile tubes and special plate connection parts. Based on the tubes formed, 360° light can be emitted. Thus, the omni-directional emission feature of the light can be used and full efficiency can be obtained from the light. The case related to the present invention can be easily carried as it is made of carbon-fiber which is a light and resistant material, leading to low logistics costs. Furthermore, this feature leads to the lifetime of the invention being long.

The profiles forming the case related to the present invention can be used as a storage unit (accessories such as battery, cover, bars etc.) in order to support the case to satisfy another need. Therefore, additional parts do not spoil its appearance.

The tubes related to the present invention can be used independently by separating it from the case. Therefore various areas can be illuminated by distributing the tubes to various rooms in homes. A 360° light emitting carbon fiber cased LED tube light equipped with coolant and fan, comprised of a storage area cover (1), a ventilation supported electrical plug (2), a carbon fiber tube battery storage area (3), an apparatus inlet for a special light tent (4), a removable cover connection apparatus (5), a LED tube emitting 360° light (6), a special aluminum profile cooling channel (7), a 12 volt cooling fan (8) supporting the cooling system, a plexy plate (9), a light reflecting mirror (10), a tube holding clip (11), a coupler reinforced aluminum connection apparatus (12), a carbon plate back cover (13), a nano-technology Plexiglas tube (14), an aluminum cover (15), a yellow light control pin (16), a daylight control pin (17), an electrical pin (18), a carbon plate main cover (19), a sliding carbon cover (20) and a carbon fiber tube (21).

The storage area cover (1) is a part composed of a carbon fiber tube battery storage area (3) covering thereof, perforated at the center in which the yellow light control pin (16), daylight control pin (17) and electric pin (18) may be inserted. The electric plug (2) supported by ventilation is a part with a space at its center in order not to cut off ventilation, located at the head sections of the 360° light emitting LED tubes (6) and in charge of providing electrical current.

The carbon fiber tube battery storage area (3) is a part in charge of storing the 360° light emitting LED tube (6) batteries, the forming the upper part of the carbon fiber tube (21) and covering the storage area cover (1).

The apparatus inlet for a special light tent (4) is the part where the bars forming the framework of the tent are joined.

The removable cover connection apparatus (5) is the part in charge of trapping the carbon plate main cover (19) and mounted at the upper side of the carbon fiber tube (21). The LED tube (6) emitting 360° light is the part formed of yellow light and daylight LEDs placed at every section of the special aluminum profile cooling channel (7). The special aluminum profile cooling channel (7) is a part in charge of releasing the heat formed and used in the 360° light emitting LED tube (6).

The 12 volt cooling fan supporting the cooling system (8) is a part supporting cooling and located at the periphery of the special aluminum profile cooling channel (7).

The plexy plate (9) is the part preventing the escape of light between the carbon fiber tubes (21) and two profiles and bearing a letter part reflecting the light at its center in a semi-permeable way.

The light reflecting mirror (10) is the part in charge of reflecting the light forward and mounted at the rear side of the 360° light emitting LED tubes (6).

The tube holding clip (11) is the part in charge of holding the 360° light emitting LED tubes (6). It also enables the 360° light emitting LED tubes (6) to be held fixed and stand upright.

The coupler enforced aluminum connection apparatus (12) is a part located among the carbon fiber tubes (21), which is in charge of coupling them in order for them to form a case.

The carbon lead back cover (13) is the part forming the rear section of the case formed of carbon fiber tubes (21) and preventing the escape of light to the rear section.

The nano-technology Plexiglas tube (14) is the part in charge of swiftly releasing the heat formed by the 360° light emitting LED tubes (6). The aluminum cover (15) is the part perforated at the center, which covers the lower and upper parts of the nano-technology Plexiglas tube (1 ).

The yellow light control pin (16) is the part located at the upper part of the aluminum cover (15), which is in charge of controlling yellow LEDs of the 360° light emitting LED tubes (6).

The daylight control pin (17) is the part located at the upper part of the aluminum cover (15), which is in charge of controlling daylight LEDs of the 360° light emitting LED tubes (6).

The electric pin (18) is the part located at the upper part of the aluminum cover (15), which is in charge of supplying electricity to the 360° light emitting LED tubes (6).

The carbon plate main cover (19) is a portable part which is mountable on the removable cover connection apparatus (5) and connected to the sliding carbon cover (20). The sliding carbon cover (20) is a cover connected to the carbon plate main cover (19) and movable in a sliding manner.

The carbon fiber tube (21) is composed of four hollow-type parts with the storage area cover (1) at their upper parts, which form a case through the coupling enforced aluminum connection apparatus (12).
