Abstract:
A carbon fiber composite piston paving die, comprising a rack (2) arranged on a base (1). A circular die recess is provided in the center of the base (1); a cylindrical lower die (3) is arranged in the die recess; the lower die (3) is formed by assembling six sub-dies (31) having the same structure; a through hole is provided in the center of the lower die (3), a cylindrical upper die (4) is installed on the rack (2); the upper die (4) and the lower die (3) are coaxially arranged; and a gap exists between the upper die (4) and the lower die (3). A light-weight high-strength piston can be manufactured by using the die to cooperate with a composite material and by using a paving process, and the die is simple in structure and convenient to combine.
