The present application relates to the technical field of electro-acoustical apparatuses, in particular, to a carbon fiber dome and a loudspeaker. The carbon fiber dome comprises a first carbon fiber layer, a base material layer and a plurality of second carbon fiber layers which are sequentially arranged in a stacked manner, wherein the first carbon fiber layer comprises an upper surface and a lower surface which are opposite each other, and the base material layer is arranged on the upper surface of the first carbon fiber layer, the upper surface comprising a hollow first region and a second region surrounding the first region, and the second region comprising at least two layers of carbon fiber unidirectional tape prepregs. In the carbon fiber dome and the loudspeaker provided in the present application, the number of stacked layers of a middle local region of the carbon fiber dome is less than the number of stacked layers of surrounding regions thereof, such that the thickness of the carbon fiber dome is reduced, the mass of the carbon fiber dome is reduced, and the high-frequency performance of a product is improved.
