Abstract:
The present invention relates to a carbon fiber fish bait rough blank and a manufacturing method therefor. Said method comprises the following steps: step 1, adhering a carbon fiber cloth to the cavity of a mold; step 2, heating the carbon fiber cloth in the mold; step 3, blow molding; step 4, taking out the molded semi-finished rough blank, the semi-finished rough blank being divided into two halves, and gluing positions being reserved on the two halves; and step 5, installing accessories in the semi-finished rough blank, and gluing the two halves of a product together, so as to obtain a rough blank. The method of the present invention increases the strength of the rough blank by means of blow molding, and a vacuum contraction device and a mold are relatively cheap and easy to use.
