Provided is a carbon fiber grid tensile test fixing device, comprising a frame (1), and a movable cross beam (2) and a fixed cross beam (3) arranged on the frame (1), wherein a fixing mechanism for fixing a geogrid (17) is arranged between the movable cross beam (2) and the fixed cross beam (3). The fixing mechanism comprises two winding assemblies arranged above and below. Each winding assembly comprises a mounting plate (4) and a rotating disc (5) rotatably connected to the mounting plate (4), wherein the rotating disc (5) is driven to rotate by a power part mounted on the mounting plate (4), a fixed plate (6) and a movable plate (7) perpendicular to a disc surface of the rotating disc (5) are arranged on the rotating disc (5), the fixed plate (6) is fixedly connected to the rotating disc (5), and the movable plate (7) is driven by a driving part to be away from or to approach the fixed plate (6). When a tensile strength test is performed, a geogrid (17) can be directly used as a test object without the need to shear the geogrid (17) to obtain a transverse sample and a longitudinal sample.
