Abstract:

The present invention addresses the problems of providing a highly electroconductive carbon-fiber material at low cost. The present invention is a method for manufacturing a carbon-fiber material having a dispersion preparation step, a centrifugal spinning step, and a denaturing step, wherein a dispersion containing a resin and a carbon particle is prepared in the dispersion preparation step, a nonwoven cloth comprising a carbon-fiber precursor is prepared from the dispersion in the centrifugal spinning step, and the carbon-fiber precursor is denatured into a carbon fiber in the denaturing step.
