Abstract:
A carbon fiber preform, comprising a plurality of stacked carbon fiber cloths and prestress layers arranged between two adjacent carbon fiber cloths. The prestress layers each comprise a boron phenolic resin coating and carbon fiber bundles that are distributed in the boron phenolic resin coating and that have a curved arc. In the preparation method for a carbon/carbon composite material, carbon fiber bundles and a boron phenolic resin precursor are added into a 2D stacked preform to form prestressed layers, so that internal stress is counteracted during carbonization, and the carbon/carbon composite material that has greater strength and that is not easily cracked is obtained.
