A carbon fiber rim structure includes a rim body (10) and a reinforcement part (20). The rim body (10) is integrated by carbon fiber material. With the connection of two parallel side barriers (12) and at least one bridge (11), a box shape is formed in section. An independent inner cavity (13) and an independent outer cavity (14) are partitioned at either end area of the bridge (11). The inner cavity (13) is closed and the outer cavity (14) is open. There are two claws (32) disposed on the inner side of the two side barriers (12). The reinforcement part (20) matches the outer cavity (14) in shape, and is disposed on the inner side of the outer cavity (14). The reinforcement part (20) includes an inner wall (22) and two sidewalls (24). Among the inner wall (22) and two sidewalls (24) several holes (25) are disposed, between which a rib (26) is formed. The holes (25) and the rib (26) enable a good radiation effect and a firm support. The whole structure can be easily and quickly formed, thereby attaining convenience and practicability.
