Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a carbon film having excellent electromagnetic shielding ability. A carbon film according to the present invention is formed from carbon nanotube aggregates, and is characterized by having, when a scattering profile obtained by ultrasmall angle X-ray scattering of at least one surface of the carbon film is fitted to the Beaucage equation, a fractal dimension of 2-3 inclusive in the wave number range of 0.001-0.01 (1/Å) inclusive.
