Abstract:
A carbon material, comprising a plurality of stacked carbon atom layers. The interlayer rotation stack ratio of the plurality of stacked carbon atom layers in the carbon material is greater than or equal to 20%, and the in-plane thermal diffusion coefficient of the carbon material is greater than or equal to 750 mm2/s. According to the carbon material, the interlayer rotation stack ratio of the carbon atom layers of the carbon material is controlled to be greater than or equal to 20% by means of a specific process, so that the carbon material has a higher in-plane thermal diffusion coefficient, and can meet the heat dissipation requirement of high-heat flux equipment. The carbon material can be used in an electronic device, a heat dissipation module, a battery system, and a semiconductor structure.
