Abstract:
The present invention relates to a carbon nanohorn-polymer composite and an electrical insulator using same. The present invention relates to, as the technical gist, a carbon nanohorn-polymer composite comprising: 95.0 to 99.999 wt% of a polymer substrate consisting of polyolefin; and 0.001 to 5.0 wt% of carbon nanohorn dispersed in the polymer substrate, in which the carbon nanohorn is uniformly dispersed and formed in the polymer substrate at the temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of the polyolefin, and an electrical insulator using same.
