Abstract:
The present invention relates to a carbon nanotube assembly having a three-dimensional shape. The carbon nanotube assembly having a three-dimensional shape has a first surface, a second surface and a side surface, wherein carbon nanotubes in the first surface have such a degree of orientation that the Herman's orientation factor is -0.1 to 0.2 exclusive, carbon nanotubes in the second surface have such a degree of orientation that the Herman's orientation factor is -0.1 to 0.2 exclusive, carbon nanotubes in the side surface have such a degree of orientation that the Herman's orientation factor is 0.2 to 0.99 inclusive, each of the first and second surfaces has at least three sides, the first and second surfaces are arranged in parallel to each other, and the side surface is perpendicular to the first and second surfaces.
