Abstract:
Provided are a carbon nanotube/plating metal composite material with high conductivity and wherein metal plating is plated onto the inside of a high-density carbon nanotube assembly, and a production method for same. Also provided is a method for patterning the carbon nanotube/plating metal composite material. This carbon nanotube metal composite material comprises a carbon nanotube assembly wherein metal is adhered to a plurality of carbon nanotubes. When X-ray diffraction analysis is performed using Cu-Kα as the beam source, the intensity ratio between a peak having the greatest intensity belonging to the metal and a peak having the greatest intensity belonging to an oxide of the metal is 10 min., and the volume resistance is 2 x 10-6 to 5 x 10-3 Ω·cm.
