Abstract:
Provided is a carbonaceous acoustic diaphragm which has a low density, a high flexural modulus, and a high value of acoustic velocity.
The carbonaceous acoustic diaphragm comprises a low-density layer (12) constituted of a porous carbon object and high-density layers (10) which have been disposed on both surfaces thereof and are constituted of carbon. The low-density layer (12) has a structure in which pores (18) are spread in planes that are perpendicular to the diaphragm-thickness direction and the spread pores (18) and walls of the carbon (16) form alternating layers.
