Abstract:
A carboxyl-group-containing aqueous resin composition containing a carboxyl-group-containing aqueous resin and a polycarbodiimide compound (X) represented by general formula (1). (In the formula: R1 represents a residue obtained by removing a functional group capable of reacting with isocyanate from a hydrophilic compound having the functional group capable of reacting with isocyanate, R2 represents a divalent residue obtained by removing an isocyanate group from a diisocyanate compound, and R3 represents a divalent residue obtained by removing a hydroxyl group from a glycol compound; X represents a group formed by reaction of the hydrophilic compound with the diisocyanate compound; n1 represents a number from 1 to 10, n2 represents a number from 1 to 10, and m represents a number from 1 to 5; and a plurality of R1 and R2 may each be the same or different.)
