Abstract:
Disclosed is a carboxylic acid-functionalized three-dimensional SERS substrate. The carboxylic acid-functionalized three-dimensional SERS substrate, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a substrate; a three-dimensional nanostructure comprising a multi-stacked metal nanowire array having single layers of the metal nanowire array, laminated on a polymer mold having a pattern of a master mold duplicated thereon, transferred onto the substrate and repeatedly formed in an alternating manner so as to be perpendicular to each other; and functionalized carboxylic acid for immobilizing the target substance to be analyzed by means of the functionalization of polymer thin film residual material present on the three-dimensional nanostructure.
