Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a carboxylic acid group-containing polyester adhesive composition having an excellent sheet life and having sufficiently high wet heat resistance to withstand lead-free soldering under high humidity conditions while retaining good adhesion to various plastic films, metals (e.g., copper, aluminum, stainless steel) and glass epoxies. This adhesive composition comprises a carboxylic acid group-containing polyester resin (A) and a compound (B) having two or more glycidyl groups in each molecule, and is characterized in that the carboxylic acid group-containing polyester resin (A) has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 40-90ºC and an acid value of 1-30 mgKOH, and contains, as copolymerization components, a polymer polyol (A1), a polymer polyol (A2) that is different from the polymer polyol (A1), and a tetracarboxylic dianhydride.
