Abstract:
The carburizing device (A) is provided with: a furnace body (1) for accommodating an object to be treated; multiple heaters (4a) disposed in the furnace body; multiple protective members (4b) for covering the multiple heaters; a carburizing gas supply unit (13) for supplying a carburizing gas into the furnace body; an inert gas supply unit for supplying an inert gas into the space between the heaters and the protective members; and an air supply unit for supplying burnout air into the space between the heaters and the protective members.
