Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To provide a card use environment enabling countermeasure against false use to be quickly taken. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] When a card (3) is used, information is sent from a card reader (4a to 4f) to a card center (6c). The card center (6c) searches a customer information database for the telephone number and the mail address with a card ID used as a key, calls the terminal (2) of the user about the card use, and stores the card use occurrence situation in a use occurrence situation database. If a card is falsely used, the portable terminal (2) calls the card center (6c) by using a return function of call history. On receiving the call from the portable terminal (2), the card center (6c) searches the use occurrence situation database for the use occurrence situation of the card and the card ID with the telephone number used as a key. With this, the use of the card and the card reader is inhibited and adequate countermeasure can be taken.
