Description:
A CARDHOLDER WITH A MOVABLE SLIDE

Technical Field

The invention is related to a cardholder that provides preserving cards such as credit card, driving license etc., prevents cards to be broken, enables cards to be removed easily by means of a movable slide and protects the cards from virtual theft by means of its RFID technology, enables to be opened with one hand in an easy manner.

State of the Art

Today, the cardholders used are manufactured from flexible materials such as the leather or fabric in general. The cards and driving licenses placed in the sections of these products are subject to breaking, deformation or disruptions due to the bending in their chip sections. In such cases, the users cannot be able to use these cards when necessary and it is required to replace these with the new ones.

Another disadvantage of these products used in the present state of the art, cards with contactless characteristic have the structure which can be read easily. The cards with contactless characteristic provide making payment transactions by means of appropriate POS machines without entering password. Thus the shopping transactions are performed in a faster manner and customer satisfaction is increased. Although there are advantages in using contactless cards, there are also disadvantages in respect to this. Generally, in crowded environments, these cards can be used by evil-minded people with the help of the POS devices without the knowledge of the card owner by means of approximating the POS device near to the wallet of the card owner. In current systems, in order to eliminate such problems, wallets with various structures are available. Particularly in order to prevent the deformation of the cards, there are various improved products. In these products generally cards are taken out of by means of a lever which is located at the bottom portion. In the card holders in which cards are removed by means of the clamp located at the bottom portion, there can be refractions at the clamp sections thereof in time. Also in designs with clamp, the outer case consists of a single integrated part.

Aim of the Invention

The invention is related to a cardholder with a movable slide system which enables the disadvantages in the current systems to be eliminated and brings some additional advantages.

Another aim of the invention is to enable the movement of the cards by single hand in a safer manner by means of the case consisting of two parts.

Another aim of the invention is to have RFID technology by means of aluminium bodies.

Another aim of the invention is to provide a thinner, lighter and more useful product compared to the current systems.

Another aim of the invention is to eliminate forgetting the fixed case and the movable case in an open condition by means of said spring which enables their operation in cooperation.

Another aim of the invention is to eliminate the disadvantages such as breaking or deformation since there is no opening mechanism with a protrusion on the bottom portion.

Another aim of the invention is to easily move the movable case by one hand practically by means of the inclined shifting channel which is formed through the internal section which is on the middle portion of the movable case.

Detailed Description of the Invention

The inventive cardholder having a movable case consists of a fixed case (1 ), an upper slide channel (1 .1 ), a compression spring channel (1 .2), a card outlet

(1 .3), a movable case (2), an upper slide (2.1 ), a lower pin fastening holes (2.2), pin reclining nails (2.3), a shifting channel (2.4), a lower lid (3), a movement mechanism pin (3.1 ), a movement mechanism channel (3.2), a compression channel pin (3.3), a motion spring pin (3.4), a movable case channel (3.5), a compression channel (3.6), a card motion mechanism (4), a card alignment element (4.1 ), a lid spring pin (4.2), a motion hole (4.3), pin fastening holes

(4.4), card compression springs (5), compression spring protrusions (5.1 ), spring (6), an upper case pin (7) , fastening holes (7.1 ), a reclining channel (7.2) sections.

The inventive cardholder having a movable case is fitted to the upper slides (2,1 ) which are located on the outer side portion of the movable case (2) through the upper slide channel (1 ,1 ) which is located on the internal side portion of the fixed case (1 ). The card compression springs (5) are fixed to the compression spring channel (1 , 2) which is located on right and left internal section sides of the fixed case (1 ).

The upper slide channel (1 .1 ) located on the internal side section of the fixed case (1 ) is enabled to be fixed to underneath portion of the fixed case (1 ) by means of the compression channel pins (3.3) which are located on the right and left outer side sections of the lower lid (3). The lower lid (3) is fixed underneath the fixed case (1 ) by means of fixing to the compression channel (3.6) by means of the compression spring protrusions (5.1 ) which is located under the card compression springs (5).

The card motion mechanism (4) is fixed to the movable mechanism pin (3.1 ) which is located on the lower lid (3) by means of the motion hole (4.3). The card motion mechanism (4) is enabled to move on the lower lid (3) by means of attaching a spring (6) between the motion spring pin (3.4) located on the lower lid (3) and the lid spring pin (4.2) located on the card motion mechanism (4).

By means of fitting the upper slides (2.1 ) located on the outer portion of the movable case (2) to the upper slide channel (1 .1 ) portion located on the upper right and left portion of the fixed case (1 ), the movable case (2) is enabled to be moved on the fixed case (1 ). The movable case (2) is aligned with the lower pin reclining nails (2.3) located underneath thereof by means of the reclining channel (7.2) located underneath the upper case pin (7).

The upper case pin (7) which is aligned to the lower portion of the movable case (2) is fixed to the pin fastening holes (4.4) through the lower pin fastening holes (2.2) by means of the fastening holes (7.1 ).
