Abstract:
Provided are: a cardiomyocyte production method with which it is possible to produce high-quality cardiomyocytes; ventricular cardiomyocytes having high quality, reduced cardiomyocyte heterogeneity, and reduced contamination with non-cardiomyocytes, and a production method for said ventricular cardiomyocytes; and a method using cardiomyocytes and/or ventricular cardiomyocytes for screening preventive or therapeutic drugs that treat at least one of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, cardiomegaly, and Noonan syndrome.
