Abstract:
Provided is a new system that presents an optimal measure as a whole medical team to a dementia patient or other such patient who needs care. This care support model generation device 1 for a whole medical team has: a first storage unit 111 for storing an observation result for a patient of each member belonging to a nursing-medical care team of the patient; a digraph model generation unit 12 for generating a digraph model from the observation result of each member, the digraph model indicating a causal relationship between the observation results of the members; a digraph sample generation unit 13 for generating a discretionary digraph sample for evaluation from the digraph model; a second storage unit 112 for storing the digraph sample, an actual measure of each member for the patient based on the digraph sample, and an evaluation score of each member for the effects on the patient obtained through the actual measures of the members in association with each other; and an optimal measure model generation unit 14 for generating an optimal measure model of the whole team from the digraph sample, the actual measure, and the evaluation score, the optimal measure model including the optimal measure of each member in the whole team.
