Abstract:
This care support system (1) is provided with a motion detection unit (10) and a management server (100a). The motion detection unit (10) and/or the management server (100a) includes an approach detection unit (for example, approach detection unit (60)) which detects the approach of a medical care worker, etc., to a room by communicating with a user terminal (300) owned by the worker. The management server (100a) includes a communication control unit (504) which, after the approach detection unit (60) has detected the worker's approach to the room, regardless of the presence of the command input that is necessary for the worker to provide care to the subject in the room, controls output to the user terminal (300) such that the management server (100a) or the user terminal (300) performs the same processing that would be performed if said command input were present.
