Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to increase the operating rate of container cranes, docks, and the like. A cargo handling method has: a step for moving, to another dock in a container yard, a barge (601) on which is loaded a cart for cargo containers (501), on which a container (401) is placed; and, at the other dock, a step for unloading the cart for cargo containers (501) from the barge (601) onto the other dock.
